Weight Watchers might work for you...you can work your own food preferences into your daily points allowance, so you can eat the foods you like. It is a nutritionally sound plan, and the fact that you go to weigh in each week will help motivate you. Hope this helps!

Go to the store feeling full, buy a Whole lot of low calorie foods, and Try to get rid of all the junk food at your house. You have no choice but to eat these better foods. It is just up to you right now to look up some good diet choices that you can buy.
*some frozen dinner meals can be very good for a diet, but still make you feel satisfied. Try lean cuisine or something.
*Get more walking in during the day, like parking far away in a lot.
* I know this isn't what a nutritionist would say is the best, but try some little desserts with "fake" sugar like Jell-o, and drink mixes like Crystal light. (Drink mixes also go well in smoothies)
*Try to stay away from those boxes of cookies and snacks that say stuff like 100 calories They can work for some people who can limit themselves to one pack, but sometimes it is easy to have an outbreak and eat alot of them.
Some things to buy that still taste good :) :
light bread http://www.naturesownbread.com/NAT_Varieties/Variety.cfm?CategoryID=8&ProductID=19
dinnermeals (smaller leancuisine meals are about $1.60 each I think)http://www.leancuisine.com/Index/Index.aspx
slightly cheaper dinnermeals (there's a 5 for $5 deal for the smaller healthychoice meals) http://www.healthychoice.com/index2.jsp

Eat only things that are in their natural form. For example, only meats that are fresh and grilled, or cooked in a crock pot with veggies. Only veggies and fruits from the produce section, no canned or bagged type things. Just what has been sent directly from the Earth to the store. Choose dairy that is organic and all natural, but eat very little, if any. Just shop the outer walls of the grocery store and only choose things that have not been changed from their original form or had things added or taken away from them.
It is more of a rule of eating, so you don't have to think about calories, carbs, points, etc. It is more the way we were designed to eat, as long as you stay away from the butter and all that yuck. If you need oil, use only Olive oil, which can be used just like vegatable oil, but is so much healthier.

Hi,
I've tried all different diets, and the weight loss is only temporary. I finally tried diet pills on the market are made from Hoodia. I saw this stuff on ABC News. It's all natural and safe, and it works! My wife took it for a month and dropped 20 pounds. I took it for a month and lost about 13 (but I didn't exercise).
I bought the natural hoodia from this website: http://www.alllsite.info/free-diet-pills.php . I checked the web site address so I can post it here and I saw they're running a promotion now to get a free 2 week sample for only $4.97! I'm going to order this supply for my wife and give it to her for Christmas =)

Use the small salad plates instead of the big dinner plates, or cut your food in half of what you normally eat, and drink alot of water, maybe even try drinking a glass of water before eatting.

Low carb is the easiest. Just eat meat, eggs, cheese and green salads.
Nothing white: sugar, flour, bread, pasta, rice

You're probably going to need someone to get on your case if you fail the plan.
