My puppy was spayed about two week ago (a little bit less). Since a few days ago she has had a light colored discharge (white) and now since this morning she has been bleeding a little bit. It is not coming from her incision however, but from her vagina. Am I right in thinking that this isn't normal? Thanks so much!

i have raised and kept dogs for 30 years and have never had one do that. you should contact your vet. your pup could possbly have an infection.

Probably an infection. Get her to the vet ASAP.

No it is not normal, and I can not tell you anything except take her back to the vet.
