i have quit after 8 years and never realised but my teeth have a yellow tinge on them and need them whitening them up. ive heard hydrogen peroxide and baking soda is good but isint that dangerous and does it work

tooth whitening home remedy uses few strawberries
but certain precautions have to be taken.

No they are not dangerous, they are in a lot of toothpaste's already. I would try crest whitestrips or something equal.. Just check out you local drug store, they will have many options. Congatulations on quiting, keep it up.

get the white strips about 50 bucks a friend used it works great .dentist recommend it

START WITH A PROFESSIONAL CLEANING AND YOU CAN TRY THE CREST WHITE STRIPS. IF THESE DON'T WHITEN ENOUGH SPEAK WITH YOUR DENTIST ABOUT OTHER OPTIONS.
