i have a huge brick of cocoa butter that i need to cut up in smaller pieces. What should I use to cut it with without it crumbling. it is not hollow.thanks

Get a pot of hot water and soak your knife in it til it gets hot.

I cut frozen cakes for banquets like that.

After each cut return the knife to the water and so on.

I'm not sure how hard cocoa butter is, but what about some type of wire? It would need to be clean of course, but piano wire, for example is very sharp and this should prevent crumbling. There may even be some cheese cutters that would work.

Warm your knife in very hot water. Dry it before cutting
