you might have been lying in bed funny and been pressing on the bone in your chest when you were asleep and thats why your boobs hurt. also it could even be that your boobs are growing and thata what the pain is. i was always in a c cup and then when i turned 17 my boobs shot up and were hurting all the time. i went to the doctors and he told me that i was having my growth spurt at 17 and that my breasts were growing. im now a 34 f

if its happening during your period this is usually normal because breasts tend to get tender right before and during your period due to some hormonal thing. if it concerns you that much or if it still happens after your period then go see a doctor

Might be too much caffeine. I have a girlfriend who had that problem and the dr cut back her caffeine intake.
