She's crashing on their floor I think in a hotel room for one night and they're going sightseeing the following day...Is it weird for me to feel concerned or a bit worried about her crashing on the floor of two guys I really don't know? I trust her, but the whole thing feels weird to me...

You might want to tell her how you feel about it.. don't get up in her face, but tell her that you worry about her going off with two guys that you don't know.. that you trust her, but since you don't know them you can't really say if you trust them or not. Let her know.. I'm sure that if she loves you she will understand your fears.
