about 3-4, large lemons, roll them on a hard surface until they feel soft to get the most juice from them..

if you are making REAL lemonade then this is a good recipie

1 lbs Lemons
1 lbs Sugar
half gallon water

Method:
Remove zest from lemons
discard pith
uses squeezed juice if required

(zest is best removed with very sharp knife, potato peeler or zest grater (can use cheese grater)

Boil contents and reduce to simmer for at least 30 minutes.

allow to cool and bottle

Dilute to taste

(MOST of the Lemon flavour is in the oil from the zest, not from the juice)

my guess is about 8. I've heard you get about 2 tablespoons of juice per lemon

about 4, and you get more juice if they're at room temperature and you roll them against the counter (pushing on them a bit)
