go up and talk to him and get to know him. then tell him so that he feels more comfortable with u.

go to him and tell him why you like him. if he responds with i like you too. that would be great. If by some remote chance he says he is not interested, that is also OK ,because , why would you want to be with a guy that does not think you are the most wonderful girl in the world. so you are in a win win situation.

na just show him you are interested. body language tells it all. If that dont work something in da lines of " oh, have you seen dat movie, it is supposed to be awesome" (if he show interest BAM pop da question) "if you are that interested lets go and see it"
he is not an idiot he should understand

I would say to ask him if he wants to do anything this weekend. If he accepts or sets plans for the immediate future, then your off on the right foot.
