Religion has been violent since the beginning of man's belief in many gods or one or just few gods. Religion has murder more people than armies have murdered.

Wrong even with many Gods as the Egyptians or Romans had the killing went on. Both were the Greatest Civilisations of there time. Both were violent times too. They didn't fight over which God was best they fought or killed for them all!
What you should be asking is why Three different Religions who believe in the very same God,< Jew Christian Muslim> are all killing each other in HIS name? God AllA JHVH are the same being!

That is simply not the case for example the gospels teach forgiveness ,love your enemies etc . Sadly the ruling elite in Rome and elsewhere misused Gods name and scripture to justify the crusades and other unbibilcal acts. But have you forgotten the child sacrifices in south America and the bog people in Britain (people drowned in peat bogs ) among many bloody rituals to various pagan gods . Your argument that there has been more killing in monotheist religion is just unfounded.
