Is the myth of a woman's sexual peak happening in their late 20s real or not? How many women see an increase in sex drive during this time? Why I ask is becuase the last few months i have experienced an increase in my sexual drive. I am almost 28 and have always had a healthy sexual appetite but lately it seems insatible. Is this normal? What else could be causing it? I am also wanting to experiement and try new things that i never have before.

Well i suppose i really cant say much in this matter at the moment. Im the same age as you and have been with my partner for 6 years. I have absolutely no sex life at the moment seeing im not allowed intercourse with my partner seeing he is recovering from radiation from cancer + im 8 and half months pregnant. Before these things came up my sex drive was actually falling, but naturally ive been getting a bit itchy for more the last few months (even though of course i cant do anything about it.....except maybe play by myself).
I dont put that down to an increase in sex drive because of age though...i think if all these things hadnt come up between myself and my partner my sex drive would have fallen again. The reason for that is because its been falling for the last 3 years with me and both myself and my partner had noticed. So if your theory is a myth or true i dont know....all i know is that it may not apply to me.

Normal. But I think it will probably last into your 40's. Most all the women I have been with get their appetites up around 30 to 40.

I hit my peak at 35, around the time I divorced. All I can say is, wow. It's better, multiple orgasms, and yes, I wanted to try new things too. I began to understand why guys want sex all the time. Wahoo!

it extremely is a mild improve in choose. It would not happen in one day, yet over some years time. It has to do with hormones, i assume. We get hornier at specific circumstances of the month, like between classes. we've extra suitable orgasms, and we masturbate plenty extra many times in our 30's/ 40's. We substitute into drawn to youthful adult adult males, subsequently the "cougar" philosophy. it extremely is extremely real!

Women hit their peak in their mid to late forties. As you mature, so will your sex drive--it's normal :)

everyone is different. We all go through highs and lows. Just enjoy it but practice safely. and don't let it interfere with the rest of your life.
