For the past 2 weeks, everytime I have a bowel movement there's been a little bit of blood on the toilet paper after wiping myself. I'm not due for my period for another 2 weeks so there's no way it's that.

I don't think it could be hemmoriods as I haven't experienced any discomfort down there. The blood is the only thing out of order. Though on occasion I do get abdominal pain but I figured that was just from stressing out over college stuff.

If anyone has an idea what this could be please let me know. I know it's probably nothing but I'm one of those girls who over react to everything so I'd just like answers to help me think a little more rationally about it. Thank you everyone!

It could be that you have polyps and one burst. I did this for many years, but finally got the problem solved by being diagnosed with IBS. Please keep a check on the bleeding and ask your Dr. about it if it continues. My husband bleed very little, but he became very weak and when he went to the Dr., he was sent to the hospital and had to have 3 units of blood and 1 unit of iron. You can sometimes tell if you are losing too much blood if your skin starts to look ashy. By the way, they never found out where my husband was loosing blood, but after 2 years of transfusions and infusions of iron, he has been okay for about a year. I am sure that stress could cause it, but you really need to get checked out. Good Luck.

firstly don't worry. if the blood is bright red it is more likely that it is from a ruptured capillary if you have recently gone through a period where your excrement has been hard or uncomfortable to get rid of then there is a strong likelihood that you pushed a little too hard. I would however get a checkup from your family doctor. it is called frank blood when it is bright red and digested when it is brown. Please don't worry it is a slight surface injury. keep your behind clean and you should have no problems.
