Instead of violating Yahoo Answer's policy of repeated postings, why don't you talk to your cousin and find out what she enjoys? It's not that hard to ask her that. And if this doesn't help, try asking her parents.

Everybody is announcing board video games and films, and yeah these are definatly just right strategies. Take her on a walk by means of the neiborhood early night, read some of a publication to her, put in a (age appropriote) cd and dance like crazy. Make treashur hunts for each different by planting clues. Inform her about university, the things you and your friends cherish to do, or what you're leaning about at college. Little kids just gobble up stuff about tennagers! Or, sure, the age ancient favourite, barbies invariably do the trick.

there are sites on the computer

well does she like any sports/games? find out!!!
if so, get them.

if not, maybe you could get some recipes and things for baking cookies or something.. i liked that when i was 7.

but if she is hyper and not able to stay focused for very long, get many games. but have many options. she might get boreed with the same thing. some movies, art projects might be good.....
