If you can't/don't do drugs, stop every 3-4 hours for a protein based meal or snack, with low glycemic carbohydrates.

So tuna or salmon on low carb crackers, or almonds and sunflower seeds mixed in the tuna with mayonnaise, or chicken strips without the fries and carrots. This will give your brain a consistent source of glucose for use in staying alert and retaining information.

I'm assuming you want a real answer to your actual question and not the nonsensical gibberish that are where actual answers ought to be.
There are several medications for ADHD. Most are stimulants; Adderall, Concerta, Ritalin, etc. There is a newer medication that is not a stimulant called Strattera.

Coffee is supposed to help focus and concentrate and is not as harmful as other meds. There are studies that have shown this connection.

ritalyn (spelt wrong) but it doesnt work instantly and it doesnt work for everyone. some students "believe" that speed/amphetamines (like crystal meth) helps them focus and get a bunch of stuff done... but its TOTALLY gross and not worth it. yuck

i know that your should eat something,
while taking tests.
my teacher gave us mints &
she bought in a jug of water & let us have
breaks and it helped.
it takes your mind off of the nervousness..
so i would suggest that.

Anything containing ephedrine or ephedra-containing herbal supplements, but be careful with them...they can be dangerous.
