It would be hard to tell without a picture, but I also wouldn't go by the traditional charts that the doctors have. I am 5'5" and about 155. I don't think I am fat...although like most women, I have my moments. Are you muscular? That adds more weight than fat. I used to weigh about ten pounds less and on my bad days I make myself feel bad for the weight gain, but with 13 years extra perspective on you I think, as hard as it is, it is how you see yourself that really matters. Unfortunately, some days according to me, I'm fat, some days not. I just try to make more good days than bad.

185 lbs is heavy for being 5' 10". If you'd like to loose weight without being hungry you should stick to eatting food that's good for you. You can eat all the fruits, vegetables and whole grain breads you want to with out gaining weight. In fact whole grain breads have been known to make a person loose weight. The goal shouldn't be to loose weight but to be healthy.
In a nut shell, it sounds like you're over weight but it's nothing you can't fix. Just start eatting right.
Keep a healthy attitude.

I don't like the word fat. You sound overweight. Just eat a healthy diet and walk for 30 minutes a day. Eat less fat and dairy, Eat more fruit and veggies, chicken, fish, turkey and less red meat.

That depends on your self image-----a number on a dial doesnt tell the complete stpry------many folks feel better at 185# than they do at 148#.at any rate should you choose to get slimmer there are plans that can help without making you sick or overly bored-----the choice is yours. we dont think you are fat.-excrcise lots tho to stay toned

if your bady mass is more than 40, then you would be fat
