Why is it time I like a guy he turns out to be a as***** they flirt with me and I am not supposed to think anything of it? Please give me any answer.

U will not b able to understand them ... cos most of the time we don't even understand ourselfs ^_^
Mayb u hav encountered the so called " players "
they take pride in flirting n hurting girls feeling...
so the best way to over come it is to move on n forget abt them

pretty much your etting the wrong idea with the guys your describing. you see, to them its a game. ive lived in towns where guys see jsut how many girls they can get to like them, and tease them with a wink or and sexy gesture every once in a while. dont let a guy play you. cause its all a game. now not ALL guys are this way, but the kind you are describing are definitely that way. its not that you dont understand, it that you dont know theyre making you chase them, showing others that your either easy to get into, or desperate.

It's all genetics. You know how men have a "Y" chromisome and women have all "X"es? Well, in that "missing link" of the "Y" chromisome goes all reasoning and good judgement.
Just give up on men :P
