I have seen 2 dermatologist, first one didn't think it was anything serious, the second one said "probably a little allergy" makeup related. I'm not convinced, could it be multiple sclerosis?

Fortunately, it is extremely unlikely that your swollen lip is caused by MS. MS affects the nervous system and causes reactions in the brain and CNS related to signal processing. It doesn't generally produce swelling.

Both doctors are probably right. It's probably allergic, probably makeup-related, and probably nothing to worry about. If it gets worse, you start to feel a change in the lip (lumpiness, intense pain), or if it starts to ooze (yuk, sorry), see the doctor (not the dermatologist) right away.

It could be anything...makeup, food, beverages. Believe it or not, if someone kissed you before, it could be something they ate or drank that could be causing your lip to swell.

Are you noticing any other symptoms...itching, swelling anywhere else...breathing problems...nausea?

Try to make a list of all the things you ate/drank, meds you may have taken, makeup you use, or any other symptoms you notice...AND see an allergist.
