If the US left Iraq, stopped selling arms to the Israelis or any other middle eastern nation, and agreed to stop interfering with your economies in detrimental ways, what would happen? Ben Laden says that reasons behind his attacks are the US military bases in Muslims lands!
I don't buy the ben Laden myth, but this is what he says!
Personally, the only thing that makes me against the current US politics is what's happening around and the US support for Israel.

I'm not a muslim, but I would like to commend you for your effort to establish dialogue and help the peace process.
I have asked a similar question, along the lines of "other than wholesale conversions to islam, what changes would muslims like to see in American society?" I got some answers, but none of which impressed me as very concrete suggestions.

I'm an American, non-Muslim, and I am not in the least intending to be sarcastic when I say that it won't work. (Howard Dean will have to go hungry -- he's a nitwit.) The most radical of the Muslims (bin Laden types) want to establish an Islamic caliphate over the entire world, and the concessions which you named would not come close to meeting their wants. Sorry, but that's the way it is.

Let me ask you this. USA has been in existence for over 225 years, the attacks have only started recently because of Americas bias support for Israel. I am sure if Palestine get their fair share and America stops invading Muslim countries based on myths then these attacks would subside.

And why US stop selling arms-to the Israel since it is their land they have to defend their people. Muslims have nothing in Israel or because Muhammad said he traveled in one night from maca to Jerusalem that's it. He lied and because of his lies look how many people are dieing and some still saying it is a peace religion. Peace my A. It is Jewish and Christians home it is not Muslims.
