Hey, darling, you're fine. You should way anything that makes you comfortable. If you want to look sexy dont look to skinny, but dont overeat. A little fat is okay. Technically by standards girls are supposed to weigh 120 at 5' and they should add 5 lbs per inch. SO sweetheart...you're way under. Dont get to skinny on us...jsut stay the same...but know that as you'll grow, youll add weight... and thats mean you have to freak out and diet...it means that your jsut changing...and thats part of life.

you are fine! im 16 too, im a lil taller and i weigh a lil more and i eat way worse lol i live off mcdonalds french fries, chips, candy, pizza and chocolate and of course, venti vanilla lattes (now thats disgusting!)

but i guess you wanna control your cravings? when you crave a food you know is bad for you, drink a large glass of water and distract yourself from the thought for at least 10minutes, the craving should go away, but if it doesnt, eat a pear or apple or something instead... and if it still doesnt go away you could go for a jog because exercise always helps cure the craving, or you could find something else that tastes good but is healthier, like a fruit smoothie sweetened with honey

Know if you need to lose weight

Health specialist use a measure called BMI, short for Body Mass Index. Body mass index (BMI) is a measure of body fat based on height and weight that applies to both adult men and women. This gives a good measure of your total body fat. BMI compares your height and weight. It shows if you are underweight, at a healthy weight, or overweight.

You know how many pounds are there in 1 kg. Do not know let me help you, it is 1 kilogram = 2.20462262 pounds. Check out what your BMI is by using the BMI calculator.

BMI Category
Below 18.5 Underweight
Between 18.5 - 24.9 Healthy Weight
Between 25 - 29.9 Overweight
Over 30 Obese

Look at the BMI chart to find out how much weight you need to lose to move from obese to overweight or from overweight into a healthy range. Knowing this can help you set a good weight loss goal.
