There are some strong arguments and many theories that suggest he did one or both of those, but I honestly do not know. All I can say for certain is that either idea seems to offend an awful lot of Christians.

He might have had children. It would have been very unusual for a 32 year old man not to be married at that time. He probably would not have gotten the following he had if he was unmarried, because he would not have been a respected member of the community. Since there is no mention of a wife that he most likely had, there also could have been no mention of children.
No, I don't think he survived the cross. The guards made sure he was dead.

I think that the possibility is very strong that he did have children.
Did he physically survive the Crucifixion? No, he died there as was ordained by GOD,
I say that the possibility is there for him to have children, because an esoteric thought teaches that Jesus was a mortal man, and that Christ was the immortal Son of God (Two separate beings)
The school gives that Christ entered Jesus when it was appointed, and Jesus became holy as a result.
Prior to his transformation, he may have had a family...
I do not know for sure, but I do not rule out the chance.

I think That Jesus was a Married Man and his Wife was Mary Magdalene. For the following reasons.
1) Jesus was a Rabbi (Teacher) and just like today a Rabbi is expected to be a married Man.
2)Cast your mind back to the Bible, where Jesus turned the water to wine, the Bible says Jesus was at a wedding, when his Mother Mary told him they were out of wine. Now if Jesus was just a guest, why would his Mother bother to tell him as it wasn't his problem?, unless it was his own Wedding!.
3)When Jesus's body was taken down from the cross who cleaned the body ready for interment?. normally this would be done by the wife, if the man was unmarried, then a female relative I.E Mother, Aunt or Sister. Who prepared Jesus's body?, not his Mother Mary but Mary Magdalene.
Due to the above I would say there's a very good chance he had Children.

Notice that Jesus is spelled with a capital J.
God, the Father; Jesus, the Son; the Holy Spirit, the Counselor are the Trinity. We were all created by the Holy Trinity. We are known to them before we are born.
Jesus is the Messiah. He came to earth to teach us how to live a righteous life. He did not come to earth to jump into the sack and fornicate and make babies. He came to offer us salvation and to die for our sins. We did not deserve this gift, but we weren't asked.
Jesus survived the cross. On the third day he arose from the dead and ascended into hell to retrieve the key. He then arose and ascended into heaven. He now sits at the right hand of God, the Father, and intercedes on our behalf.
You see, God wanted to destroy us again, life he did Sodom and Gomorrah. But He promised that He would not do that again.
The world is becoming another cess-pool like Sodom and Gomorrah. And when Jesus comes back, watch out, because this time He is coming to take home His believers and to deal with the trash.
Believe The DaVinci Code & Hollywood and go to hell in a hand-basket. Believe in the Bible and go to heaven and have life everlasting. Like everything on this earth, you have a choice. So choose wisely.

No, Jesus did not have children and no Jesus didn't "survive" the cross. I think it is very important to know that Jesus died on the cross to pay for our sins. He was dead and then was resurrected. Blessings.

Jesus never had children because he never slept with anyone...
Survive? Well he died on the cross actually... But later he rose again in complete flesh and bone and seated at the right hand of God.

It is possible he could have had children, but he didn't survive the cross. Those soldiers would have made certain he was dead.
