What is love?
Love is the time when you skin your knee and your mother comes and picks you up from off of the ground.
Love is when you see someone and put their last name in place of yours.
Love is when your sister calls you in from Hong Kong no matter how much it costs.
Love is the time you have your first kiss
Love is sharing hot chocolate a cold December night.
Two people, no matter what gender, race, age, beauty, size, or religion, create love.
Love is what we find inside ourselves, accept love, give love.
For the key to life is Love and Respect.

Hmmmmmmm. I think I have herd something very similar to this. You should do away with the "no matter what gender" part. That implies that it is OK to be a gay or a lesbo. Homosexuality is bad and should be considered criminal. But keep trying. Practice makes perfect.

I think it's pretty good, did you have to do this for homework or just on your own? Because I love to write songs, stories, and poems just for fun!!!
