It depends on your interests -- technique or choreography? Ballet, modern, jazz?

Juilliard is the prime school for dance.

Juilliard
NYU
Cal-State Irvine
CalArts
BYU

Those would be my top five.

Im not familiar with ratings and what type of dance you are intersted in, but I would have to say that Julliard (NYC), NYU (NYC), and Point Park University (Pittsburgh, PA) are up there on the list. (Point Park from own experience) Do some searches or ask your dance teacher. Good luck!
