Someone told me to use this as a pick-up line on my Colombian worker. I know what it means literally, but I can't quite figure out what it really means because it is idiomatic. Can you please explain it to me?

My dear, you are arriving all messed up even though you had a party today.
This is a double sense sentence. By fiesta they mean sex and by destrozado they mean tired.

Papito literally means 'daddy' but is used in Spanish to talk to someone who is a close friend or relative.

My fiance is from Colombia and i asked him to explain this phrase. He has no clue why someone would use this as a pick up line. He said that if you need a pick up line use, oh que rico papito.

It means what it means. It's not idiomatic. If you know the literal meaning, that's it. It doesn't mean anything else.
