Not sure about a box-wine cover. I have never seen one. I'm sure that you can make one. Another option is putting the wine from the box in a pretty glass decanter. You can find them for as cheap as $15 or so.

I agree with Lenie. Purchase carafe's and put the box wine in it. You don't need to cover the box. People will still know it came from a box even if you wrap it like a Christmas Present

Why? What is a desings???? Do you mean 'Design'? Most boxed wines are used for parties and dont last more than one evening..If you want it to be 'more appealing' simply use wrapping paper and decorate it yourself. aka Thanksgiving, Christmas, etc.

It is probably a mylar gift bag since there are no wine box covers I know of. If you look at a gift store like Hallmark they carry them in many sizes or you could use one of those plastic type wrapping papers regular paper would get soggy in spots and wouldn't look festive all night.
