The best diet for everyone. Burn more calories than you take in. It is really the only one to take weight off and keep it off.

I think, because it is about for a limited time. It should be about a lifestyle change. That will not only change you physically but personally. Sometimes there are underlying issues that need to be resolved. You cannot expect to go on a diet and loose say "10 lbs." and then stay that way. It is about consistency. If you just excercise it won't work, if you just eat right that won't work---it needs to be a combination of both. Plus personal work. Journaling emotions and when you eat. Talking to someone. Find the issues with the excercise and healthy eatting and then it will become a success. And do not forget to switch up excercise programs. Pilates, yoga, strength training, cardio, cycling... Good luck!

Hi,
I've tried all different diets, and the weight loss is only temporary. I finally tried diet pills on the market are made from Hoodia. I saw this stuff on ABC News. It's all natural and safe, and it works! My wife took it for a month and dropped 20 pounds. I took it for a month and lost about 13 (but I didn't exercise).
I bought the natural hoodia from this website: http://www.alllsite.info/free-diet-pills.php . I checked the web site address so I can post it here and I saw they're running a promotion now to get a free 2 week sample for only $4.97! I'm going to order this supply for my wife and give it to her for Christmas =)

I've lost 32 pounds by cutting my calorie intake and staying away from most carbs. I eat my weight in chicken salad. Yummy.

Because everyone is different.
Different levels of exercise, different local foods, different genes, in fact not everyone even uses the same enzymes to digest food.

1. theres no one perfect enough to follow it
2. everybody has their own unique shape and bone structure that cant be changed, so no matter how much you diet, you cant change your bone structure
