Will I need them? How do I organize them? For memories? All of my writing/typed papers are saved on a computer.

You should keep hard copies of them for at least 8 years after you graduate from high school. Keep papers from grades 7 through 12. You will have to furnish these for certain undergraduate and graduate programs.

Not too long. I usually keep major papers intact, like baby theses and write-ups. I judge which one makes a lot of sense and I throw the rest which I consider kinda minimal. You may try organizing them in folders, by subject if you have a USB. I usually throw away hard copies if the papers aren't that important because I don't really look at them that much anyway and I eventually lose or outgrow them. But I wait a while before I'm sure that they are categorized as clutter. Major papers are usually a good source of reference for info and progress so I find it best to keep them. :) Good luck!
