In my entire life I have never taken a balloon in front of my parent and my sisters. I always wanted to share the joy of holding a balloon with them. Somehow I just don't have the courage to do it. I don't know why. Perhaps I am afraid about the way they might think like I am childish or something. I have already gotten over the problem with my friends but not with my family.

Yesterday, I saw a woman giving out a balloon at a carnival. As much as I wanted to take it, I had to bear the consquences in my mind. In the end I did not take it. I went home full of regrets.

Pls advice me on how to get over this thanks

The only thing u have to remember is u are trying to be grown up to soon. You are doing things backwards. You should be enjoying every child thing u can.I'm sure your parents feel the same way. They know that once you hit a certain age u can never go back to being a child. Plus it is only a balloon and it does not represent children. If you look around u then u will see that at older peoples birthday they have balloons. You can never get back your childhood so I advise u to hold onto it as long as u can.
