"ATTENTION ALL" AT The 76th GAS STATION STORE Last night prior to the start of my Graveyard Shift I was over there. ON the Glass front doors, it is POSTED that All minors are NO LONGER ALLOWED INSide after 2300 Hours (11:00 pm) to buy anything at all. They said ADULTS is ok to shop inside the store. I asked why and the Clerk said due to minors Stealing from the Store or words to that effect, they no longer be in there.

Un fing believable. I would sue them for violating your civil rights. They have have no right to refuse service to you!
Oh wait they do, in fact it is probably posted on the door that they have the right to refuse service to anyone.

Ok, so what's the question? Sounds like a good policy to me. I'm wondering why minors would be outside at a store at 2300hrs anyway.

They can run their store however they see fit. Minors SHOULDN'T be in a place that sells alcohol and cigarettes late at night. In fact, minors are supposed to be at home by then, anyway.

A business has the right refuse service to any one if it is not violating there civil rights and I don't think a civil rights violation has occurred

Not sure that is legal. Call the office of the Attorney General in your state and ask them if the shop owners can do such a thing.
I think if you have a public shop you have to let the public in the shop
