I'm active duty and wear my hair the same way every day. I have pretty long hair and refuse to cut it so I just wrap it up in a bun. Can you give me some other ideas for wearing my hair other than in a bun or a way to make the bun a little more interesting? Thanks!!

I agree with Janka...there is not much else you can do and stay in regulation unless you want to cut it. I have long hair also. The only other thing you can do is a french braid and then pull the tail of the braid under. Seems to me, and don't mean to offend you, that keeping it in a bun is standard like your uniform. You are not in the military to make it "more interesting." That you can do off base. Just my opinion.

you should just go by the regulations of the branch you are in. You may want to check and see if you even can wear it any other way than in a bun. I know I can't, and I'm in the Navy.
