it's not like we have just recently started having sex! It's never happened before, but the past, say, 4 times he has got the shakes just before we do 'the act'!! There's a few things I have thought it may be; nervousness (but god knows why this would all of a sudden happen!), excitement, fear (lol only messin!). It's not bothering us, we would just like to know!! Our relationship has rcently become more serious, could it be anything to do with that??!!

Maybe, he may think u have a lot of expectations and he wants to really please u, so he is shaking b/c he is nervous and excited. I do not think it is a bad thing girl, put it on him!!!!!!

Maybe because your relationship has turned serious. Have you approached the subject of marriage? Maybe he doesn't want to get committed yet.
Alternatively, he's cheated on you, and can't take the guilt. Find out, BUT NOT IN ANGER. If it turns out to be true, and you can truly forgive him this one trespass (which will be difficult, but will bring out the best in you), the shakes will go away.
I hope my first reason is the correct one.

Does he shake or does he tremble? There is a difference, you know. If he is trembling, then that is a possible sign of anxiety, and something that the two of you may need to get to the bottom of.

Anticipation?
AND you did bring up that you're getting more 'serious'.... could be a bit of anxiety mixed in. If he is ok with it and it goes away in the next ....say couple months or so,fine. But if not, then ya'll might consider a bit of counseling to get to the bottom of it.
GOOD LUCK!
