I have seen it and my kids have too. What should I do? It mostly comes out abou noon and at night. It's a woman in a long dress and she has a little boy that runs around in our hallways. Sometimes we hear what seems like a ball bouncing in the upstairs hallway. I need help!

Ohh yes and if you can get a camera and take shots of your house. If you get pictures back then we know you have spirits not just your mind. I do believe you, I don't think you are coco.

I have had similar experiences, my TV would go on and off water turned on in the basement , scratching noise all night, glass just shattering when I would pick it up, etc. At one point I got so frustrated I just yelled STOP IT, for awhile it did stop, eventually I had to move out. The main thing is as long as your not getting hurt, if your at that point then I would move. In the mean time maybe see if you can get the history on the house.

Ask them why they are there. Tell them this is your house and they need to move on. Don't know what your religious background is, but I've also heard of having the house blessed or rebuking the spirit in Jesus' name.
