You are too easy and don't have willpower or a mind of your own. He is using you and you are enabling him. Get out of this relationship. It is very bad for your self esteem.

You need to check your reasons. He sounds like a controlling person. Is that what you want? If not, it's time to move on. At any rate protect yourself from pregnancy (cause if you keep it up you are going to be "mommy" soon).
