That's a reflection on the culture of the man growing up. Some societies and cultures still use the primal mating calls and rituals for attracting a mate. You'd be suprised by the number of females that do respond. All it takes is just one, and by that standard, the male is successful in finding a potential carrier for his offspring.

They tend to be the types that think they can get any girl they want, and then move on and get another one. I would avoid people like that. Well, assuming you don't want to get hurt.
