You might consider that since Anniebell doesn't come in often that Twinkie thinks she is an intruder from whom he has to protect you and Honey. 3 hours ago, Debra asked a Q about introducing new cats to a home and you might find good advice in the answer from Seattle, the first one. Read it for something more on this. I'm answering at 7:30 pm so go back 3 hours from then.

How old is Twinkie? Sometimes aggression is just the way that kittens play with each other. Annibell may just need to assert herself and fight back if Twinkie is just being an aggressive little kitten. If you really think that Twinkie is going to hurt Annibell, buy a water gun and squirt Twinkie when he pounces on her. Just don't let Twinkie associate him getting separated from Annibell with you being around - otherwise he will only leave her alone when you are around.

Twinkie is a boy. Anibell, is a girl.

Its the same in most species, the young male is trying to establish himself as leader and sees anibell as the opposition.

Cage the cats at different times. Animals have their favorites just like people. I had 4 dogs and my oldest- female didn't like the third dog but was fine with the last dog. It was a personality problem.

Twinkie just wants to play, if you notice cats have a tendencey to show more affection towards the ones who seem to not like them or ignore them. just let them him play and if Annabell doesn't like it she will let Twinkie know. eventually Twinkie will understand how Annabell feels.
