so there is this really cute guy that lives by me and we dont go to the same school but we used to so we know each other(used to be kind of bus friends) we havent talked for a long time like 2 years and we dont see each other much or almost never so heres my question how can we talk to each other and then start dating. because before when we talked i thought he liked my because of the things he would do

You start with "hi" and then "what have you been up to?" and you go from there. You want to know where his head is at. If it's in your direction, ask him to go with you somewhere (McDonald's, the mall, movies, etc.) not as a "date" but just to have a good time. Then let him take it from there.

Just walk up and talk to him I really don't see why so many people have a problem with this....

accidently run in to him. get his screen name or email. pretend like you are dilivering something for his mom from you mom. ect. anything as long as you get to talk to him and he gets to know you better.
