Has anyone heard of Count Angelo Agassi ?

I have an original Count Angelo Agassi oil painting that was given to me many years ago. I cannot find any info on the net about this man. Does anyone have any info on him and/or perhaps the painting's value, if any ? Thanks for your help !!!
