This is a hard one, I know from experiance.
Best thing to do, get out of her life as much as you can. Find a new group of friends if you must, go out with the guys and scout a new girlfriend, get into a hobby, go to the gym, or do something, anything, to get her off your mind.
I know it's easier said than done, but it's something you've gotta do to let go. If you guys were together and just recently broke up, it's gonna hurt for awhile if you truely loved her. And the hurt may never end, sadly to say, but at the same time, no matter how bad it seems, it's something you -can- live through. Make your life to not revolve around her and force yourself to realise it won't work out how you want it to.
If she gets offended because it seems like you're avoiding her, explain your situation, but don't seem stalker-like about it and see if even she can help you out somehow (I know, sounds weird).
I hope everything works out alright for you.

you poor guy, does she loves you back? does she knows how much you love her? if not, tell her about the way you feel, maybe this sadness would turn into happiness, if not, it is very hard to let go of some one you love just because you are sad, you need to accept the fact that sadness is a part of love, you don't love someone to be just happy, it is not that easy, good luck.

I can not believe you asked this question. I am dealing with the same exact thing!!! The way to stop loving her (as I am discovering) is to dwell on the love that God bestows on you! God loves you unconditionally and without restraint. Focus your love on Him and develop a serious relationship with Him! This will be the most rewarding thing you will ever do in life! May God Bless You!

Do you really love her or are you obsessed with her? Either way, it takes time and determination to ease this kind of pain. Make up your mind to love yourself enough to find someone else to care about and to move on with your life. The situation you're in right now is very unhealthy.

I'm guessing she's already with someone.
I think this kind of love dies eventually because it's not returned.
Your job is to help the death along by keeping busy and finding someone who can care for you back.

If you love somebody, you would want to spend time with them. If you want to get away from your girlfriend, then you obviously don't love her. But if you really love her, then you will tell her you need space. Honesty is the best thing in a relationship. good luck

i have the same problem as you, the only way to stop loving her is to start loving someone else or just wait it out. otherway is to find things you don't like about her and keep thinking about that till you start hating her :P
