There is nothing in the Qu'ran regarding the veiling of women or that women are inferior. There is the idea that women are to be respected and some Islamic ideas which have been added after the Qu'ran was written, seem to indicate that men are just a penis waiting to come and therefore women shouldn't tempt them. This idea is also widespread in so-called Christian countries, which is why many women don't report rape. The defence counsel will always try to prove that the man was provoked.
