Sangria Classic
Ingredients:
* Juice of 1/2 Orange
* 1 bottle dry White wine
* 2 tblsp Sugar
* 1 oz Brandy
* 1 oz Cointreau
* 1/2 Orange in thin slices
* 1 Lemon in thin slices
* 2 cups Ice cubes
* 1 cup Club soda
Mixing instructions:
Combine orange juice, wine, sugar, brandy and Cointreau. Add lemon and orange slices. Chill. To serve, add ice and club soda, stir gently.

You can make sangria by slicing fruit (apples, pears, oranges, peaches, lemons) and pour some red wine over. Leave it in the fridge to cool, add a sprig of mint to garnish and serve the wine in glasses. To make it even less alcoholic add additional freshly squeezed orange juice.
