Two have been living wild and eating from my wild-birdfeeder, since the middle of June. It's now Nov.19th and I have no idea who the owner/owners is. They have seen flying around with young Starlings.

No, I suggest immediatly take them into a house or someone who can take care. Put posters around for a lost budgie for who's it is to get it. It will be a bit hotter in the nest, but when the snow hits they will be cold and the babies will get larger and have no room in the nest. They won't survive, call an animal hospital or something, make sure they don't fly away. Take the whole nest and cover the whole so they don't get out. You don't want them dieing that will be bad and sad.

honestly, i'm surprised they're still "living" outside ! usually birds (like budgies, parakeets, small 'indoor birds' ) cannot tollerate cold, or drafts. it sounds like you are helping them along by keeping food out for them, and possibly the other birds are helping them also. You can try putting a box for them to get into...but other birds might decide to also use that box for themselves. I would put one out anyhow, and see if they use it. ............... Keep the food going !! Good job !
