The first Democracy in the world. The foundation for freedom today. It is too bad we have so many socialists who do not understand freedom and want it taken away.

First off we weren't the first democracy in the world. Lets not forget Greece. We were the beginning of a global revolution of "coups" around the world. Such countries as Haiti and many other other colonized countries, fought for their independence, just as we did, so in a way our revolution started many others worldwide.
