My suggestion is that , U keep practising what u have learnt, and be perfect in that. This will increase ur speed..

And talking abt stamina, My suggestion is that,
1. Do some exercises in early morning, the whole day u will be fresh and u will have a nice stamina.
2.Eat healthy food, specially Green vegetables
3. Last but not least, U plz do not masturbate too much, it will decrease ur memory power and stamina

Stamina and speed are very different so if you really want both you need to workout to improve them both.

Speed: this requires power so you need to lift heavy weights, quickly. Look at the physique of a 100m sprinter! They are power athletes.

Stamina: do an aerobic exercise for at least 30 minutes 3 times a week.

Honestly, the aerobic exercise will have most benefits on your general health, so I would focus on that. If you have spare time then incorporate some weight training.

If you do not have a StairMaster, climbing stairs is a great way to build muscle and stamina. Weight lifting also works toward creating and maintaining muscle tone.

Sprint up hills. (3 set 10) When this gets easy, trying put weights on legs. Or wear weight vest. If you do not have one. Get someone to picky back and trying runing spinting up hills.
