I have a large box of yellow cake mix, that makes 1 sheet cake. but i can break it down to 1/4 sheet.

CINNAMON CRINKLES

2 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
2 eggs
1 tsp water
3/4 cup butter or margarine
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 pkg Yellow Cake Mix
48 whole pecans or walnuts

Preheat oven to 375 °F. Combine sugar and cinnamon in small bowl. Set aside. Combine egg whites and water in another small bowl; beat lightly with fork. Set aside.
Combine butter, egg yolks and vanilla extract in large bowl. Blend in cake mix gradually. Beat at low speed with electric mixer until blended. Roll 1 rounded teaspoon of dough into ball. Dip half the ball into egg white mixture then into cinnamon-sugar mixture. Place ball sugar side up on ungreased baking sheet. Press nut on top. Repeat with remaining dough, placing balls 2-inches apart.
Bake at 375 °F for 9 to 12 minutes or until edges are light golden brown. Cool 2 minutes on baking sheets. Remove to cooling racks. Store in airtight container.
Makes 4 dozen cookies.

Heres a few using yellow cake mix.

RED VELVET CAKE

INGREDIENTS
1 (18.25 ounce) package yellow cake mix
1 (3.5 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
4 eggs
1 ounce red food coloring
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 cup water
1 tablespoon distilled white vinegar
1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
1 cup cold milk
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
1 (3.5 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour one 9 x 13 inch pan.
Mix together cake mix, 1 box pudding mix, eggs, oil, food coloring, water, vinegar, and cocoa. Pour into prepared pan.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 35 to 40 minutes. Cool.
Beat together milk and cream cheese. Mix in 1 box pudding mix. Fold in whipped topping. Spread on cooled cake. Refrigerate.


MILLION DOLLAR CAKE

INGREDIENTS
1 (18.5 ounce) package yellow cake mix
8 ounces cream cheese
1 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple with juice
2 (8 ounce) cans mandarin oranges, drained
1 (3.5 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
DIRECTIONS
Mix and bake cake mix as per package instruction for two 8 or 9 inch round layers. Let layers cool then split each layer in half so as to have 4 layers.
Whip cream cheese until soft, add the confectioners' sugar and thoroughly mix. Stir in the pineapple (juice also) and the drained mandarin oranges (Reserve about 5 mandarin orange slices to decorate the top of cake.), breaking up the oranges with back of a spoon. Stir in the dry pudding mix. Mix well until you feel the pudding mix has been dissolved. Fold in the whipped topping. Place one cake layer on a cake plate cut side up; spread with frosting. Place another layer cut side down on the first one. Again spread with frosting. Repeat until all layers are used spreading last bit of frosting on top and sides of cake. Keep refrigerated. It is best if refrigerated overnight before serving.


BUTTERSCOTCH BLONDIES

INGREDIENTS
1 (18.25 ounce) package yellow cake mix with pudding
1/3 cup butter or margarine, softened
3 eggs, divided
1 cup chopped pecans, toasted
1 cup butterscotch-flavored chips
1 (14 ounce) can EAGLE BRAND® Sweetened Condensed Milk (NOT evaporated milk)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In large bowl, beat cake mix, butter and 1 egg at medium speed until crumbly.
Press evenly into greased 13x9-inch baking pan. Bake 15 minutes. Remove from oven; sprinkle with pecans and butterscotch chips.
In small bowl, beat EAGLE BRAND®, remaining 2 eggs and vanilla. Pour evenly over chips.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes longer or until center is set. Cool thoroughly. Cut into bars. Store covered at room temperature.
