you actually get what you pay for. high quality hair products will carry out extra valuable then the most inexpensive. in case you are able to't arise with the money for the proper accessible then basically improve what you've. There are good products that do not value lots. try diverse issues. i comprehend what works for one human being received't paintings for someone else. I have very curly hair and that i had to relax it basically to get the outcomes i needed after I flat ironed it. yet chemical relaxer replaced into my very last motel, yet I have completely promptly hair after flat ironing it and that is what i needed. And one very last element, keep your ends trimmed. that grant you with a sparkling look once you straighten your hair. i wish that enables.

i have the same problem and i didnt listen to my hairdresser and i ended up frying my hair even more. try blow drying with a gentle round brush instead. itll damage less because it doesnt apply heat directly. if u still insist on flat ironing apply a serum to the part youre flat ironing to protect it first (like garnier fructise sleek and shine serum) and i sleep wild too but if u arent already using it, try the hair wrap thing that ties twice, or satin pillowcases. it wont rip out as much hair as cotton ones.

I sleep wild myself so when I wrap my hair at night I use a mens stocking cap or wave cap to tie it down, and usually it stays on all night. When I dont wrap my hair I usually use hot rollers, which in my opinion is dosn't burn hair as bad as a flat iron or a curling iron.

i have the same problem. my hairdresser suggested that i use a deep conditioner (try bumble and bumble's super rich conditioner) on my hair once a week to help moisturize it. Also, if you blow dry your hair every day, let it air dry for a while first so it doesn't get damaged. If you're not going anywhere, let your hair rest and don't flat iron it. Otherwise, it shouldn't be a problem to.

It does damage your hair. But as long as your use a deep conditioner a least once a week, and apply some leave in conditioner when you flat iron your hair.

chill out home g your bangs will be fine...and truly if you use the right straightener (ceramic) and the right product (some kind of repairing stuff) then its fine if you flat iron your hair.

well you are going to fry your bangs off. get your bangs a little wet then blow dry them and some days you can just bobby pin them back. also you can sleep with bobby pins on your bangs

its still will damage your hair. but you can continue doing it if you use a therapy shampoo and conditioner. also take a break from it once a week. this should keep your hair relatively healthy.
