First off, if you are planning to do this don't. If you already did this, this answer is probably too late to immediatly help you.

Asprin (ASA) is very harsh on the stomach, it can cause vomiting and nausea when crushed and alot is put in the stomach.

large amounts of asprin can cause bleeding disorders, Reye's Syndrome for children and long term problems with the liver.

Depending on the dose of asprin, 7 baby asprin (81 mg) wont be nearly as bad for you as 8 adult asprin (up to 325 mg each I think). While I dont think that in most cases, this would warrent a trip to the hospital, if you have any concerns, you can call the poison control hotline at 1-800-222-1222. They can give you much better advice since they can ask you questions and get more specifics.

Well first you could irritate the lining of your stomach, second your ears may ring and thirdly if you cut yourself after such a dose you are going to have major bleeding since aspirin is an anticoagulant. Meantime aspirin is syscilic acid, no starch involved. A better question is why would you be stupid enough to consider this in the first place?

Should cure what ails you. Please do not make this a habit it will irritate your stomach. Chew some antacids (TUMS, Maalox, etc). Another danger is that repeated exposure sets you up for an allergic reaction at some point in your life. This has happened to me with aspirin as well as many antibiotics.
