My friend is anxious to lose some weight.
Can any of you ladies recommend her a good diet - the best one you were ever on, (non-surgical of course). 1. What were the results? 2. How quickly did you reach your goal weight? 3.Did you maintain your goal weight?

vege are the best to stick to ... she can go for fish or chicken but barbecued so it wil b more healthy ... in at least 2 months with excercise such as walking and climbing steps at least an hour a day ... she will feel healthy and more energised most of all i recommend fruits and fruit juice ..KEEP AWAY from soft drinks and gaseous drinks ... drink LOTS of water and juice ... i have been maintaining this for 7 months i was 53 kg now am 48 kg ... she will be fit and good ... best of luck

Weight Watchers is the easiest to stick to, because there are no foods you CANNOT eat and it's not a quick fix. If she dying to lose like 10 pounds fast but doesn't want to keep it off...Atkins is worth a try.
