I dance 2ce a week... i worked out over the summer but it added muscle and got rid of no fat. I wanna be skinny. I wear a size 5 jeans and there fat comin over the wait and sometime a 7 fit ok. I wanna be like a 3 and i wanna be like a meddium in shirts. I just wanna be skinny/normal && my friends tell me im not fat but i feel like im on the border line. I have an angency meeting coming up for my modeling career & a competition for dance & modeling... I try dieintg but its so hard to stick with it... I try to exercise but i need a plan or something that will work... plz help me.

I feel fat everyone says im not fat && i wanna be happy with ,yself and i wanna be skinnier. I have days were i think im pretty and normal and otheres are the opposites

well if its muscle how can i get rid of it or still have it and loose the fat around it?! i havent been lifting weights since summer & i still have the same size muslce and same amount of fat! help

im 13 too! what worked miracles for me was going vegan! just dont eat anything that has animal products in it (milk, eggs, meat) and you will loose lots of weight. just still make sure you get all your nutrients!!! keep exersizing too. :)

Lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks??

There are some websites on the Internet, which promise you that you are going to lose 10 pounds in every 2 weeks. If you are good in math you will find that keeping these stats in mind, 260 pounds in a year. Losing 260 pounds is the figure, which is unbelievable and unexpected.

This kind of claims are planned just to cause clients to make impulsive decisions. When you gain weight, did you gained around 50 minds in two months? Certainly not. We gain weight in weight in small parts, which add up to our weight. This keeps on increasing with time.

I think you get what I mean to say. We normally gain weight in grams like 65 gram per week. With this stat you are going to gain around 7 pounds at the end of year.

This weight is so slow that you cannot measure it weekly. But in fur years you are going to gain around 28 pounds.

So how can you expect this weight to go in few days? You are going to lose the way you have gained it. So it will take time to lose weight. So you have to start losing weight systematically. You can lose weight by developing the good eating habits in you and nutritious foods.

So you wear a 5-7 jeans, how can you possibly be fat? It just sounds like you have a lot of muscle, so you weigh more than average. Take care : )

Everyone else is being too nice. Probebly because they are fatties like you as well. 5-7?Sheesh! What the heck do you eat donuts and cakes everday for breakfast? Starve yourself and lay off of the 40lbs of junk food you pack on yourself you fatty watty. Wow,..lots and lots of rolls of fat. You can eat yourself to death you know.
