I dance 2ce a week... i worked out over the summer but it added muscle and got rid of no fat. I wanna be skinny. I wear a size 5 jeans and there fat comin over the wait and sometime a 7 fit ok. I wanna be like a 3 and i wanna be like a meddium in shirts. I just wanna be skinny/normal && my friends tell me im not fat but i feel like im on the border line. I have an angency meeting coming up for my modeling career & a competition for dance & modeling... I try dieintg but its so hard to stick with it... I try to exercise but i need a plan or something that will work... plz help me.

I feel fat everyone says im not fat && i wanna be happy with ,yself and i wanna be skinnier. I have days were i think im pretty and normal and otheres are the opposites

well if its muscle how can i get rid of it or still have it and loose the fat around it?! i havent been lifting weights since summer & i still have the same size muslce and same amount of fat! help
