it depends on who you ask, to my personal knowledge a "chickenhead" is someone who finds underage kids sexually attractive aka a "pedophile" such as "look at that tender chicken over there!" or " our server sure was chickeny" also a young chicke would be called a "peep" ...ex, " that's just a peep now, but will grow to be a big chicken" I have heard that definition #2 I have heard has been from the black or urban scene such as "she is just a chickenhead" which describes a female who likes performing oral sex. and who's head bobs up and down like a chicken .. see the link below but my friends and I always think of definition #1.

No, no, no: A "chickenhead" is a negative term for a girl who has really really short hair. Un-attractively short and thin hair. The phrase is usually aimed at black girls by other black girls, because our hair grows very slow. I always hated the term though: I think it's really rude, especially from one black girl to antoher. Fortunately for me persnally, I've never had to deal with the term becuase I was blessed with long, thick hair; me and my sisters. Anyway, that's the real meaning behind the term.
