I have been feeling very weak for the past few months but i thought it is because i had a lot of work and i was under a lot of stress.Now all is over but i still feel weak.I am not sure it is emotional fatigue, loose of motivation ..or what..i just feel so burned out...last week a friend of mine jokingly asked if i have made 'tired' my middle name...it hurt so much because it is not something under my control and i am not doing it for attention...i am just genuinely feeling weak.any advises?
