I am watching the answers because I too want to lose love handles the easier softer way.

I'm tired of fat people asking questions about losing weight who do not want to put in any actual effort. Want to lose your love handles without the gym? Go run for 3 weeks straight without stopping.

lateral obliques!! I have a excersise I learned in my athletic conditioning class and for me it's reallyworked:
You stand with your legs a little wider then shoulder width apart...you put one hand in the crook of your neck...then you bend side ways to the side that your hand is still down, I do 3 sets of ten, and if this is too easy hold a dumb bell
