that he wants to "hang out"?
Guys what do you REALLY mean when you tell an ex-girlfriend that you wanna "hang out"?
Especially if YOU dumped her?
After 8 months, I saw my ex- boyfriend at the univrersity campus that we both go to. He was REALLY happy to see me. After 5 or 10 minutes, he said he had to go , then he said "give me a shoutout and we can do something" , and I just looked at him, and he said "yeah we can see a movie together or anything you want", I just said bye and walked away. I wasn't that happy to see him cuz he was the one who dumped me. Was he just being nice when he said that or did he mean it? Guys when you see an ex do you say these sort of things or do you only say it to SOME exes?
What are some reasons as to why you would tell an ex-gf who YOU dumped, that she should contact you to "hang out"?

I'm pretty sure he's trying to be friendly with you and wants you to indirectly "forgive" him for dumping you to a greater extent. Although I don't know what kind of person he is, I get the feeling he is still interested in you,

More importantly you gotta understand that No man is going to marry you without you Puting out. If you find that will he will be a clingy puss that never knew his father. But "hang out" is code for lets hook up(sex). But since you don't like sex he may just be looking for a friend.

you bumped into each other unexpectedly. He just said that because it was an awkward situation. Don't read too much into it.
